Permission to be Delightfully Surprised

Remember that YOU are the one responsible for taking care of you.

When you are wise enough to do the preventative maintenance necessary for your well-being and happiness, you’ll be able to not only take care of yourself but love and serve those around you as well!

In the Bible there’s a scripture that says, “Love thy neighbor as thyself.” To follow this biblical principle, you must demonstrate a little self-love before you’re able to lift, love and bless your neighbor.

I hereby give you permission to take care of yourself first, instead of always focusing on everyone else’s needs. Schedule time into your schedule for self-care and honor that “appointment”. I invite you to get creative. Try every tool you can think of. Be gentle with yourself. Figure out what makes you happy and then take the action steps necessary to design your beautiful life. You will be delightfully surprised by the joy you are able to create.
